I bought an aerator. It doesn’t work properly. I emailed to return it. Had a missed call from Becky. I work nights so can’t answer in the day. I emailed her back twice now with no reply.

I saw a le creuset casserole on line reduced by Lawsons for half price . I was rushing and myself and very elderly parent are renewing my parents 45 year old
Le Creuset . I ordered quickly , on arrival it was not Le Creuset .I and my elderly parents have been in lockdown since march 2020 .We dont go out , have no printer and my mum who has had covid which has left her with an inability to walk and has a terminal illness still prides herself on her home . They wont help me return I would have exchanged for le creuset , if they had helped .I have no close family and already stressed at the immensity of care I am giving to my parents . I found the attitude unhelpful and during this covid time no assistance ,just it is your responsibility.Someone mis represented lawsons on google

I bought a kitchen mixer from Lawsons - they rang me to check it wasn't a gift before couriering it. The service was excellent and it was really fast. Thank you.

Great prices but ultimately decided to return product. Refund was processed extremely quickly.

Turns out some of my items weren't in stock but I got a phone call (from an actual human) outlining my options and was offered a full refund which was back in my account a day or so later. So, although I didn't get what I wanted on this occasion, I will be back to order again in the future. Great customer service.

Wow, what can I say? Le Creuset mugs ordered at 3.40pm yesterday afternoon, and items delivered at 11.45am this morning. Packaging for fragile items was superb (triple packaged) and everything is recyclable. I'm astonished at such speedy and efficient service from a company. A+!

Unlike Amazon. Lawsons came straight back to inform me that they did not have 9ft concrete posts in stock because of covid 19. Stock is in short supply throughout the country. They gave a full refund for the whole order. Great customer service.

Fantastic customer service. And they really went above and beyond during the coronavirus crisis. They even got somebody from Lawson's to deliver my wine making kit the very next day, instead of letting it sit in royal mail for a few days.
I love their values, customer service, low prices and quick delivery.

Rang Lawson's in Edmonton I think I spoke to a man called Trevor, he was helpful knowledgeably and helped me place my order. The products were first-class and delivery and driver great. Will use this company again without a doubt. Mrs Julie Wilson

Found the garden tools I wanted here at better price than other places, so gave the shop a try. The goods were delivered quickly and securely packaged. Happily using them in my garden now!
